Behold the power of yoga!

My Mom's been doing yoga since the 70s, if not earlier. As far as I know she's not a yoga master, or a tantric whatever, but it has helped keep her active and flexible in her later years. I personally haven't done yoga, mainly because I'm lazy. But now I have another reason to avoid it: "It is inappropriate. It can destroy the faith of a Muslim." So says Abdul Shukor Husin, chairman of the The National Fatwa Council of Malasia in this story from CNN. Which I guess explains why Mom never converted. That and her latent Unitarianism, feminism, and general liberalism...
